GolemUI open-source software (the “Software”), both provided by GolemUI S.L.
(“we”, “us”). By using the Site or the Software, you agree to these terms.
The software is open source
Section titled “The software is open source”The GolemUI Software is released under the MIT License. Your rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Software are governed entirely by that license, which is included with the source code and available on GitHub. Nothing on this Site restricts the freedoms granted by the MIT License.
No warranty
Section titled “No warranty”The Site and the Software are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the documentation is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
Section titled “Limitation of liability”To the fullest extent permitted by law, GolemUI S.L. shall not be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with your use of the Site or the Software.
Acceptable use

Intellectual property

{gui.} names, logos, and brand marks remain the property of GolemUI S.L. and
are not granted to you under the MIT License; please do not use them in a way
that implies endorsement or affiliation without permission.
Third-party links
Section titled “Third-party links”The Site links to third-party resources (such as GitHub and npm). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of external sites.
Governing law
Section titled “Governing law”These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
Changes
Section titled “Changes”We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
